Brief introduction to the book:

Through this work, the author wishes to highlight what is really at stake for the digital transformation of organizations. It concerns the survival and sustainability of the organization and is a real opportunity and not just a necessity!

Propelled as a priority by the COVID-19 pandemic and the accelerated democratization of different technologies, notably generative AI, this opportunity has not been sufficiently embraced by organizations.

After presenting a sample benchmark of digital transformation initiatives, the author proposes a "7 x 6 Digital Transformation" framework offering a helicopter view of digital transformation. This framework is grounded on 7 key pillars: the customer, strategy, technology, business transformation, change management and digital acculturation. Each of the key pillars contains six areas of focus for successful digital transformation.

This framework is flexible and can be adapted to every organization. It provides a tool to support the decision-making process and allows you to assess your level of digital maturity. Finally, it helps you to establish and manage the action plans necessary to seize the opportunities generated by digital transformation.

As a training consultant, his personal passion, Mounir delivered many training sessions leveraging gamification for all layers of the organization ranging from Executives to frontline managers, in topics such as Digital Transformation, Creativity, Sales & Business Development. Leveraging his triple expertise in Training using Gamification tools, Business and the know-how to support the organization transformation, Mounir successfully helped several organisations to take a vision into a reality. Mounir is also a University Professor, specialized in Business & Management, and teaches in several international universities.
